Coneflower - Prairie Splendor

Blooms about 2 weeks earlier than most coneflowers to extend the bloom season.  Large 4 to 6 inch rose pink flowers atop well-branched stems.  Its 24 inch height is less than most coneflowers which may reduce the need for staking in windy locations. It is a great perennial with long lasting blooms and blooms two weeks longer than most coneflowers.

  Very large blooms measuring 5.5 inches of bright rose petals with ruby red centres.  Also a tall variety that
  reaches up to 36 inches.  Lots of blooms from side shoots from the main stems.  Very attractive to bees.

  Shasta Daisy 'Alaska' - Leucanthenium x Superbum

  Large midsummer single white daisies with a bright yellow eye.  Alaska is a taller variety growing up to
  36 inches on sturdy stems.  Excellent as a cut flower.  Attractive to butterflies.  Cutting back faded
  flowers can induce additional flowers into early fall.

Grows to a height of about 24 inches.  Will tolerate shade.  Hardy plant with attractive leaves and dainty white flowers that hang downward from the stems.

Yellow Flag (iris pseudacorus)

Very hardy and care free perennial that grows about 36 inches tall.  Suitable for wet locations but can tolerate prolonged dry conditions.   Bright yellow blooms with up to 12 buds per stem make for a long bloom season.

Bachelor Button (Centaurea Montana)

Ruggedly hardy perennial that grows well in most soil types.  Blue shaggy flowers in early summer.  Removing faded flowers will encourage repeat blooming.  Grey-green foliage.

  Blue-green foliage with gray silvery hue.  Stately upright growth habit.  Orchid coloured flowers in late
  summer.  Height of 33 inches and mature width may reach up to 71 inches.

  Anemone 'Whirlwind'

  Fall flowering perennial for your garden.  Tall 36 inch stems are covered with 2 inch elegantly ruffled

  Blackberry Canes (Thornless)

  Enjoy fresh fruit from your backyard.  I find this increases visits from my neighbours and friends.  This
  variety has no thorns.  Very hardy.  The berries mature in a staggering sequence.  So when they start
  in August there are other berries that ripen after, which can supply you with fresh berries throughout
  September and into October.  Fruit appear on canes grown the previous year.
